A vulnerability (race condition) has been found in the Linux 2.6 kernel used on Aventurin{e} 6102R for CentOS v4.8. It could allow local users to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference and system crash) or gain privileges by attempting to open an anonymous pipe via a /proc/*/fd/ pathname.
