Manually import 5210R from OpenVZ 7 (6109R) to Incus

A few days into the development of 6109R I'd like to take the time to summarize my first impression and to lay out a roadmap.

With the release of 6108R we are now setting our sight on developing Aventurin{e} 6109R on CentOS 7.
