6109R ISO image available
The first Release Candidate of the 6109R ISO image has been published.
We just published our first Aventurin{e} 6109R ISO image, which installs Virtuozzo Linux 7, OpenVZ 7 and Aventurin{e} 6109R in one go.
The post install scripts may need some more polish, but the installation of the OS itself runs pretty smooth.
I've got years of experience rolling up OS install CDs for RPM-based distributions and I really appreciate the many changes that Parallels Inc. made to their version of Anaconda. That was a job well done. Yet my Pungi was throwing a few interesting errors and refused to include the 32-Bit OS template related x86 (i686) RPMs onto a x86_64 (64-bit) OS install ISO.
In case someone has a similar problem: You need to tell Pungi to build a multilib ISO. But in order to do so, make a clone the Virtuozzo 7 YUM repository and remove all x86 RPMs but the ones for Glibc and the ones you need for the 32-bit OS templates. Update the local repo's comps.xml file accordingly and you should be good to go.
